Items listed as illegal, may be so in many states and only suited for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway. Ordering Procedure: The Exotic Car, Carbon Fiber market is currently one of the hottest car accessory markets on the planet. At Exotic Car Gear Inc. we strive to make our entire inventory available to you as a customer. Exotic Car Gear Inc. has one of the largest inventories of Carbon fiber specific parts than anyone else in the USA. Parts turnover is quick and inventory can be difficult to regulate in our market. We strive to fill all of our orders directly. If you have placed an order and the product is not in-stock or you have ordered a specialty, special order item. Your order request will be placed in immediate production. Production orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow. If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you. Shipping Procedure: The Shipping Rate displayed at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is too much, contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. Recipient phone numbers are required on all International orders and domestic orders over S499.00 All shipping damage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Any shipping damage concern or claims the recipient must retain the original parcel package for inspection and or collection from the courier. NO damage claim will not be honored or investigated after 7 days of the receipt of the shipment. All products shipped from the Exotic Car Gear Inc. warehouse are shipped via FedEx or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. Return Procedure: If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items requesting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. If the package is returned to Exotic Car Gear Inc. or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 15% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file. EXOTIC CAR GEAR DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.
